Donald has a long family legacy in the cold storage warehousing industry, going back well over a century. He has a wealth of experience working for major retailers and 3PLs in logistics and supply chain roles as well as more recently supporting industry analysis work for the solar industry.

Donald lives with his wife and dog Arthur in Bend, OR where he enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, golfing, and flyfishing.

Blake barthelmess

Founder

Blake has held executive roles for many companies throughout the solar value chain as well as in the cold storage 3PL space. He has also held management positions for community healthcare organizations in the PNW.

Blake currently resides in central Washington with his wife and enjoys traveling and exploring new places.

Scott brown

CTO/Founder

Scott got his start as a nuclear submarine officer in the US Navy. Since then he has held engineering and executive leadership roles for multiple companies in the solar value chain. Most recently he has held leadership positions for technology companies in their project management offices.

Scott lives with his family in Central Washington and enjoys traveling to warm places places and hunting in the winter months.
